RETURNS POLICY

At KABUKI, we want to ensure that you’re happy with your purchase and have the best experience possible with us.

It’s very important you view our size guide or email us at hello@kabuki.haus with any questions you may have about sizing before purchase to ensure your bikinis and activewear fit perfectly.

If you find you have ordered the wrong size, we are more than happy to exchange if for you to your correct size in the same style if we have it available in stock. If your size has sold out, we can offer you a store credit to the returned item(s) amount (minus original shipping charges) so you can repurchase from our online store or a refund (minus original shipping charges).

An exchange may only take place if the following is met:

  • Items purchased from www.kabuki.haus are returned unworn and in new condition with all swing tags and hygiene liners in tact.

  • Items are returned within 21 days from the purchase date.

  • Items are returned in original KABUKI bag.

Exchanges are only permitted on size variants of the same style.

We unfortunately do not do exchanges or refunds for items based on “change of mind”, items marked as SAMPLE and swimwear bottoms. Return shipping is at the customers expense. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date to get this process started. You then have 21 days from the date of purchase your items to send it back to us for a full store credit.

"FINAL SALE" or “SAMPLE” ITEMS: 

No exchanges or change of mind refunds will be accepted on items stipulated as "FINAL SALE" or “SAMPLE”, at the time of original purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept swimwear bottoms for exchange or return. Items listed as SAMPLE are discounted because of known faults and you buy at your own risk. SAMPLE products are NOT eligible for return.

Please be careful when trying on your items as we do not issue exchanges for items with stains on them like makeup and fake tan.

Each product goes through quality control checks before being shipped to you, however in the unlikely event there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@kabuki.haus to begin the exchange process. Please include you name, order number, and what item(s) you’re returning. We recommend using a tracking method to ensure safe delivery back to us. If your parcel does not return to us, or becomes damaged we will be unable to complete the exchange. Once your item has been returned to us, been inspected and is in fact been deemed faulty, you will offered a full refund (minus original shipping costs) or a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.

Exchanges received without the appropriate documentation will not be accepted.

NOTE: KABUKI Swim & KABUKI Active do not cover any exchange shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping and handling charges.
